Part-Time Leasing Agent
Cambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Leasing Agent to become a part of the organization. While offering a workspace fostering growth and development for people of all backgrounds, Cambridge Real Estate Services invests in its employees with offerings such as an education reimbursement and a 401(k) plan with a full 100% match up to a 10% contribution! This is a part-time, 3 days per week to include Saturday.
Summary
Responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations with the community.
Duties
- Lease and market apartment homes
- Assist with the monitoring of competitive market areas for patterns & trends affecting rent and occupancy
- Assist with monitoring the property’s physical condition
- Interact and coordinate with other site employees
- Provide effective resident relations
- Assist with processing of administrative paperwork and clerical duties as necessary
- Respond to resident needs and provide services to the rental community
- Other duties may be assigned as needed and necessary
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
- 1 year of Leasing Agent experience preferred
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, marketing and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Requirements
